In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pos4g" — refers to the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://pos4g.cam, including all associated products, services, applications, and features offered under that domain.
• "Platform" — the pos4g website, mobile-optimized interface, and any related software through which Members access gaming and betting services.
• "Operator" — the internationally licensed entity that owns, operates, and is legally responsible for the pos4g Platform.
• "Member" / "You" — any individual who has successfully registered an account on the pos4g Platform and has been approved to use its services.
• "Account" — the individual membership account created by a Member upon successful registration, through which access to all pos4g services is granted.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by a Member that are available for wagering and withdrawal, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cashable incentives credited to a Member's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Member must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address verification, required before withdrawal requests can be processed.
• "IDR / Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the base currency in which deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on pos4g are denominated for Indonesian Members.
• "Prohibited Activities" — actions explicitly forbidden under Clause 9 of these Terms and Conditions.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a responsible gaming tool by which a Member voluntarily requests that their account be suspended for a defined or indefinite period.

To register and use the pos4g Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You must be a natural person (individual human being) — corporate entities may not register as Members.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum — pos4g does not permit access by individuals under 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction.
3. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the country in which you are located.
4. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited at the individual-user level by statute or court order that is actively enforced against individual users.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of the Operator, or an immediate family member of any such person.
6. You must not be accessing the Platform in violation of any sanction, embargo, or restriction imposed by any international regulatory body applicable to your jurisdiction.

Indonesian Users: Indonesia's primary gambling legislation — the Public Gambling Act of 1867 — is a colonial-era statute whose application to offshore online platforms accessed for personal use is legally ambiguous. pos4g operates lawfully under its international license. Each Indonesian user is individually responsible for assessing their legal position and assumes all legal risk associated with their use of the Platform from within Indonesian territory.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant to the Operator that you meet all eligibility requirements stated in this Clause. If you cease to meet any requirement at any time, you must immediately cease using the Platform and notify pos4g support.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account only on the pos4g Platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, national ID number, mobile number, bank account number, IP address, device fingerprint, or any other identifier — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document, a valid email address, a valid mobile phone number, and your date of birth.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your Account — including all wagers placed and deposits made — is deemed to have been performed by you personally. pos4g accepts no liability for unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

pos4g reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where:

• Registration details are found to be false, misleading, or incomplete;
• Multiple accounts are detected for the same individual;
• The Member is found to be ineligible under Clause 2;
• The Member has engaged in Prohibited Activities as defined in Clause 9.

Account closure by the Operator for breach of these Terms will result in forfeiture of any Bonus Funds and, at the Operator's discretion, may result in forfeiture of winnings derived from Prohibited Activities. Real Money Balance in excess of any forfeiture amount will be returned to the Member via the last verified payment method.

As part of its obligations under its international gaming license and anti-money-laundering (AML) framework, pos4g requires all Members to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC may also be required before certain deposit thresholds are reached or at any point at the Operator's discretion.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid government-issued identification document. For Indonesian Members, this is typically a national identity card (KTP) or a valid passport. The document must show your full name, photograph, and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the past 90 days, showing your full name and current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, evidence of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. For Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri), a photograph of the bank passbook front page or a screenshot of the online banking account summary page showing the account holder's name and account number is acceptable.

Documents must be submitted in legible form with no critical information obscured. pos4g's compliance team will process KYC submissions within 1–3 business days. Members will be notified by email once verification is complete or if additional documentation is required.

Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request being submitted may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled. Repeated failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in Account suspension.

pos4g accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment methods: local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP), and digital e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum deposit per single transaction is Rp 100.000.000. Higher limits may be available for verified VIP Members upon request.

Deposits via bank transfer submitted during banking hours (approximately 08:00–21:00 WIB on business days) are typically processed and credited within five (5) minutes. Transfers submitted outside these hours are queued and credited on the next available banking cycle — generally within 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly at all times.

Key deposit conditions include:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pos4g does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All deposit funds are allocated first to Real Money Balance unless a qualifying bonus has been activated by the Member prior to or immediately upon deposit.
• pos4g reserves the right to request proof of a deposit method's ownership at any time as part of KYC procedures.
• Deposits made in error (e.g., incorrect amount, incorrect destination account) must be reported to support within 24 hours. pos4g cannot guarantee recovery of misdirected transfers that are not promptly reported.

Members may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed (see Clause 4).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount for standard Members is Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. VIP Members may request higher limits subject to approval.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name and previously verified by the compliance team. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Active Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement do not form part of the withdrawable balance. Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirement is satisfied will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 3–15 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for the next business cycle. Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond VIP Members receive priority processing.
• pos4g may request additional documentation before approving withdrawals that are unusually large, inconsistent with prior deposit patterns, or flagged by AML systems.

pos4g does not charge a withdrawal processing fee on its side. Banking fees charged by the receiving institution are the Member's responsibility.

pos4g offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by individual promotion-specific terms that are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Each bonus is available to eligible Members once only per promotion period, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in Bonus Funds and are not withdrawable until the stated Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements after the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified per promotion. Live casino games, sports betting markets, and certain slot categories may have reduced or zero contribution rates.
• pos4g reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect the terms of bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• Abuse of bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting techniques, arbitrage across multiple accounts, collusion between Members, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures — constitutes a Prohibited Activity under Clause 9 and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account suspension.

All wagers placed on the pos4g Platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant product category — sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), or any other gaming product offered. Category-specific rules are published within each product section of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

General betting rules applicable across all products include:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the pos4g system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets pending due to connectivity issues on the Member's side are not guaranteed to be recorded.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, payouts, or game outcomes — caused by software malfunction, human error, or data feed failure — pos4g reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Member's Real Money Balance.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet slip, per event, and per 24-hour period. Current limits are published in the sportsbook rules section and may vary by market type.
• For live in-play sports betting, odds are subject to change until the bet is formally accepted by the system. If the odds change materially between submission and acceptance, the Member may be offered the revised odds or the bet may be voided, depending on pos4g's then-current in-play acceptance policy.
• pos4g reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet from any Member at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pos4g Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities.

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration, KYC, or in any communication with pos4g.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source.
• Allowing any third party to access, use, or operate your Account.
• Using any software, script, bot, crawler, automated tool, or artificial intelligence to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit the Platform in any way not sanctioned by the Operator.
• Colluding with other Members, pos4g employees, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any such discovery must be reported immediately to the pos4g security team.
• Abusing bonus or promotional structures, including systematic matched betting, coordinated multi-account bonus abuse, or any technique designed to extract value from promotions without genuine engagement with the Platform's gaming products.
• Placing bets on the outcome of events in which you have direct influence or insider knowledge not available to the general public.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is strictly illegal at the individual user level and enforced by active criminal prosecution.

pos4g is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes the welfare of its Members seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from the Responsible Gaming page:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure alerts or hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Members may set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month, after which betting access is suspended until the period resets.
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic on-screen prompts showing session duration and net position, configurable at intervals of 30 minutes to 4 hours.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may apply for a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

All intellectual property rights in and to the pos4g Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design, layout, graphics, text, imagery, trademarks, service marks, and logos — are owned by or licensed to the Operator. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants the Member any ownership interest or license to use any intellectual property of the Operator beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Members must not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit, or sell any part of the pos4g Platform's content or intellectual property without the Operator's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by that Member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Operator shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Any loss or corruption of data arising from Platform use;
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including bank or e-wallet processing outages;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss of any kind;
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to secure their Account credentials;
• Losses arising from changes in Indonesian law or regulatory interpretation that affect the legality of a Member's use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data provided by Members is governed by the pos4g Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

In summary, pos4g collects and processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting. pos4g does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organizations. Full details of data retention periods, third-party processor relationships, and your rights as a data subject are set out in the Privacy Policy.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pos4g will notify Members by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where possible, by email to the registered address on the Member's Account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the pos4g Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed to operate online gaming services.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and the Operator, the following resolution process applies:

1. Step 1 — Direct Resolution: The Member must first raise the dispute with pos4g customer support in writing, providing full details of the complaint. The support team will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If the Member is unsatisfied with the initial resolution, the matter may be escalated to the Operator's Compliance Department, which will conduct an independent internal review within 15 business days.
3. Step 3 — External Arbitration: If the matter remains unresolved after internal escalation, either party may refer the dispute to the independent dispute resolution body designated by the Operator's licensing authority.

Indonesian Members acknowledge that the resolution of any dispute will be conducted in English and under the laws of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, not Indonesian domestic law. Members accept this condition as a precondition of Account registration.
